The Custom Vinyl Patch is a specialized product invented in 2011 by Mutiny Shop to be a more affordable alternative to traditional Embroidered and 3D PVC patches. Today, with their consultation and no further contribution, Stark Tactical has refined that original product.

Beyond making our own pricing model as public and easy to understand as possible: we developed the following baseline comparison tool, to ensure complete market transparency. These metrics are synchronized with the publicly available data of major patch suppliers as of January 2026.
To provide an accurate benchmark, all configurations were standardized to a 3″ x 3″ dimension, 50% embroidery coverage, custom shape, and hook backing. Though superior in quality and durability, the Stark Tactical Vinyl Patch is most directly comparable to ‘Printed Patches’.
